Process Analyst – Insurance Claims (Spartan)
As a Process Analyst for Insurance Claims, you will be responsible for investigating, processing, and disbursing life and annuity insurance claims. This includes validating documents, determining claim actions, and calculating benefit amounts for beneficiaries. You will work collaboratively with onshore and offshore customers via email and calls, meeting productivity and quality targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Your role involves using expertise to evaluate the work of others, assist in process calibration, and facilitate team huddles and teach-back sessions. You will identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities and drive those projects to closure. Maintaining key records for reference and audit purposes and handling basic Excel requirements are part of your daily responsibilities. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, good English communication, and a background in Life/Annuities products and Claims operations.
