As a Quality Engineer/Tester, you will work with client and IBM stakeholders to identify business controls and ensure their successful implementation. You will analyze test specifications and convert them into manual and automated test cases, identifying initial setup, input data, execution steps, and expected outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting sanity testing, writing positive, negative, and regression test cases, and documenting bugs for developer resolution. You will perform API testing using Postman or SOAP UI, handle ETL testing with Databricks and MySQL, and validate logs and data using Kubernetes. You will participate in Agile ceremonies including daily scrum standups, PI planning, and retrospective meetings. Experience in the telecom domain and billing systems is required, along with hands-on production support experience, particularly around reporting systems.
