Application Developer-Process Management (BPM)
As a BPM Application Developer at IBM Consulting, you will design, develop, and implement business process workflows using BPM tools such as IBM BPM, Pega, and Camunda. A core focus of this role is automating business processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort across client organizations.
You will be expected to have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Appian software development and designing. You will integrate BPM solutions with enterprise systems including ERP and CRM platforms via APIs and web services. A strong understanding of database concepts and working knowledge of major databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL is required.
This role involves collaborating closely with diverse teams to gather data requirements, decide on suitable data management systems, and tackle challenges related to database integration and complex unstructured data sets. You will work within IBM's Client Innovation Centers, delivering technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients. The ability to communicate technical results to both technical and non-technical audiences is valued.
