Application Architect-ServiceNow
As an Application Architect specializing in ServiceNow, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and service needs, demonstrating how various ServiceNow modules can support and enhance those processes. You will provide functional and operational guidance to both clients and technical resources throughout ServiceNow implementation projects. Your responsibilities include designing end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform, creating High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, and collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams. You will design and develop integration solutions, data migration strategies, and tools, leveraging web services such as SOAP and REST APIs. The role requires hands-on development experience with ServiceNow scripting, development tools including Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub, as well as deep knowledge of the overall NOW platform and its integration capabilities. You will also be responsible for managing multiple integrations between ServiceNow and monitoring tools.
