Application Architect-Connected Solutions & IoT
As an Application Architect specializing in Connected Solutions and IoT, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and leading the development of secure, scalable, and intelligent connected ecosystems that bridge devices, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. You will architect end-to-end IoT solutions covering edge devices, communication protocols, data ingestion layers, APIs, and cloud-based platforms. You will develop and govern back-end architectures and microservices ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability. The role requires designing and managing API frameworks and integrations between IoT platforms, enterprise systems, and third-party applications. You will evaluate and select cloud, database, and middleware technologies aligned with enterprise architecture principles. Implementing best practices for data management including SQL and NoSQL database design, data streaming, and data lifecycle governance is key. You will embed security principles across all solution layers, lead architectural reviews and proof-of-concepts, provide technical mentorship to development teams, and monitor emerging technologies in IoT, edge computing, and AI/ML to evolve connected solutions.
