Package Specialist-SAP HR Comp & Payroll
As a Package Specialist for SAP HR Compensation and Payroll, you will support the implementation of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules, leveraging your business knowledge to integrate packaged technology into client environments. Your responsibilities include conducting fit analysis to identify client requirements, configuring the SAP HR system accordingly, and resolving configuration and functional issues within the compensation management module. You will be involved in implementation planning, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support to ensure clients achieve their expected business results. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to ensure seamless integration of SAP HR solutions with their existing business processes. Familiarity with SAP Benefits, SAP Payroll configuration, and SAP testing tools is highly valued.
