Package Consultant-Workday Talent Management
As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Talent Management, you will implement and support the Workday Talent Management module for clients, leveraging your consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to integrate the module into the client's business environment. You will deliver tailored Talent Management solutions that meet each client's unique needs and objectives.
Your primary responsibilities include planning the implementation of the Workday Talent Management module, conducting fit analyses to identify client requirements, and configuring the system accordingly. You will resolve configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules, providing timely and effective support to clients.
Post-implementation support is also a key aspect of this role, ensuring the client's continued success with the solution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and conduct unit testing to validate that the module is properly configured and functioning as intended. Experience with HR modules and packaged solution implementations is essential.
