Process Delivery Specialist-Record to Report
As a Process Delivery Specialist in Record to Report (R2R) at IBM Consulting's BPO division, you will be responsible for general accounting activities including reconciliation, preparation of balance sheets and profit and loss accounts, fixed assets accounting, inter-company accounting, cash and bank accounting, financial analysis, and reporting. You will coordinate all accounting activities associated with the General Ledger, particularly in areas of fixed assets, inter-company transactions, inventory, cash and bank, indirect tax, and accruals. Your role involves posting journal entries and recording transactions in ERP systems, identifying risks or opportunities related to revenues, cost, and profitability, and proposing appropriate actions. You will also coordinate audits, meet customer expectations, manage updates for management reviews, and adhere to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and specified timelines. A commerce degree is required along with 2-4 years of R2R experience.
