Designer-User Experience Design
As a Senior UX Designer at IBM Consulting, you will independently contribute to projects while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will lead specific tasks or smaller project modules, facilitate design discussions, and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders. You will apply design thinking methods to deliver solutions aligned with project objectives, working within IBM's Client Innovation Centers to serve public and private sector clients.
You are expected to demonstrate growing mastery in your craft and the ability to influence design outcomes. Your responsibilities include creating responsive designs and mobile app experiences, with a strong emphasis on presenting experience visions and deliverables effectively to clients. Familiarity with designing AI-integrated experiences is a plus. A formal design education and a strong portfolio showcasing responsive and mobile design work are mandatory. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and consulting or agency settings is preferred.
