About the Role

As an Account Executive in the Growth Business segment, you will be responsible for generating new business in new accounts and expanding Salesforce's footprint within existing customers across the India market. This is a hunter role focused on new business acquisition and driving strategic CRM initiatives for mid-market and commercial business customers.

You will lead complex sales cycles, present the value of Salesforce's enterprise suite of applications to C-level executives, and forecast sales activity and revenue achievement accurately. Demonstrating the product via web and in-person presentations is a core part of the role.

You will develop and maintain deep relationships within the Mid Market-Commercial Business segment, creating satisfied and referenceable customers. You will leverage internal support functions including pre-sales specialists and internal sales support to create and drive opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of consistently over-achieving quota, managing complex deal cycles, and creating both customer value and volume deals in the software or technology sales space.
