Operations Associate Analyst
This role sits within the Operations team of Salesforce's Professional Services organization. As an Operations Associate Analyst, you will handle all Professional Services Operations within Strategic Services Consulting. You will work closely with the regional operations team to provide guidance on policy and process knowledge, and become a subject matter expert on the Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool. Key responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, supporting Sales teams with questions regarding invoicing processes and SOW completion, ensuring project data compliance for smooth monthly billings, and identifying subject matter experts to support change management requirements gathering. You will create and deliver professional written and oral presentations to internal stakeholders at all levels, apply a global mindset to project planning to ensure organizational alignment, and work with the business process team to understand processes and provide improvement ideas. The role requires strong analytical skills to detect patterns and analyze disparate data, excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
