About the Role

As an Onboarding Specialist for Tableau, you will be the first point of contact for new Salesforce customers post-sale, welcoming them into the ecosystem before the implementation process begins. Your primary focus is helping customers achieve rapid time to value while building a strong knowledge foundation for future growth with Salesforce products and the broader platform.

You will deliver virtual one-on-one engagements to educate and empower customers, using consulting skills to uncover initial business use cases and objectives that set the stage for long-term success. The role involves creating tailored Success Paths for customers that detail specific steps to meet their business objectives, and providing relevant product recommendations based on individual business needs.

You will act as a trusted advisor during the onboarding phase, collaborating with internal stakeholders to guide initial onboarding conversations and ensure pre-implementation readiness. Building positive relationships with both internal and external partners is essential. You will also actively contribute to the team's knowledge base and leverage community expertise to continuously improve the onboarding experience. This role requires strong presentation skills, the ability to navigate conversations from administrator to C-suite levels, and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
