Sr Analyst, Data Engineer
As a Senior Data Engineer on the Finance Data Office team, you will support cross-functional process improvement and scalability across Finance functions including F&S, RevOps, and Investor Relations. You will own data pipelines that feed daily operational reporting company-wide, monthly close processes, and quarterly earnings deliverables.
Your core work involves migrating Alteryx workflows to modern data engineering tools such as dbt, Informatica, and Python. You will land and wrangle large datasets using Salesforce, SQL/Snowflake, and Python to identify, quantify, and monitor financial and operational risks. Building and managing complex multi-source datasets while ensuring refresh accuracy and timeliness is a key responsibility.
You will conduct end-to-end testing and auditing of ELT pipelines and data curations to improve runtime, accuracy, efficiency, and cost. Translating business requests into documented requirements and scalable data models, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to define KPIs, align on approaches, and audit data results for completeness and accuracy are essential parts of the role.
The ideal candidate brings advanced SQL expertise, hands-on experience with dbtCloud and Snowflake, familiarity with API integrations to systems like Salesforce, Coupa, and Workday, and a passion for leveraging new data technologies. Experience building Tableau dashboards and working with data science techniques such as Machine Learning and NLP is preferred.
