Solution Architect – Java Full Stack
As a Solution Architect – Java Full Stack, you will be responsible for designing secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions that align with business requirements. You will define and execute the technology strategy for one or more products while collaborating with senior technical and product leaders to deliver impactful designs. Working closely with global Solution Architecture and Engineering teams, you will establish principles and best practices, create and evaluate technical solution alternatives using current and emerging technologies, and drive software implementation through expertise in microservices-based architecture for fintech applications.
You will support and mentor development teams to promote technical excellence and continuous improvement, working directly with product owners and operations to ensure seamless software delivery. This role involves hands-on support including building prototypes and solving complex technical challenges. You will advocate for technical quality and sustainable, future-proof solutions while promoting agile development principles and fostering a collaborative team culture.
The ideal candidate brings 14+ years of product engineering experience with a strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals, web applications, and microservices architecture. A background in designing high-transaction-volume financial systems with global scalability and extreme uptime requirements is essential. You should be proficient in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, front-end frameworks like React and Angular, and cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Azure, or AWS.
