Director - Delivery Management
As a Director of Delivery Management, you will lead complex IT delivery programs and ensure excellence across large-scale client engagements. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle including strategic planning, implementation, governance, and post-implementation support, ensuring delivery metrics such as scope, schedule adherence, quality, and budget compliance are consistently met.
You will manage multi-project portfolios and large cross-functional teams of 100-150+ resources across nearshore, offshore, and onshore locations, ensuring collaboration across engineering, QA, business analysis, architecture, and DevOps domains. Full accountability for the financial health of the client portfolio is expected, including revenue recognition, profitability, margin improvement, budget forecasting, and variance analysis.
The role involves serving as the primary client liaison for senior-level relationships with Directors, VPs, and CXOs, translating business challenges into actionable delivery strategies. You will regularly conduct Steering Committee sessions and executive-level communications. Additionally, you will identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, partner with sales and pre-sales teams on RFPs and SOWs, and drive continuous innovation through automation and process improvement initiatives.
Building, leading, and mentoring large distributed teams, designing workforce optimization strategies, and proactively identifying and mitigating program risks are key aspects of this leadership position.
