Lead Dynatrace SME
As a Lead Dynatrace SME, you will drive the implementation and optimization of observability solutions across dynamic, distributed systems. You will implement and manage Dynatrace observability solutions, migrate dashboards and alerts from Grafana to Dynatrace, and design telemetry ingestion pipelines using the Dynatrace toolset. Key responsibilities include developing and operationalizing SLOs/SLIs and automated alerting frameworks aligned with business KPIs, deploying AI-driven anomaly detection and AIOps use cases, and creating end-to-end visibility dashboards such as the Order-ID Observability Dashboard. You will collaborate with L2/L3 support teams, integrate observability insights with ServiceNow and ITSM tools, and drive continuous improvement in MTTD, MTTR, and system resilience. Documentation of observability architecture and operational runbooks in Confluence is also expected.
