Functional Consultant Manager
As a Technical Product Owner/Manager for the Global B2B eCommerce team, you will act as the technical platform owner for an enterprise-scale eCommerce solution. Your primary responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, as well as managing and prioritizing the product backlog in alignment with business priorities and global platform strategy. You will work closely with enterprise architects and engineering teams to design and deliver integrations with backend systems such as ERP, CRM, OMS, and PIM. The role requires serving as a bridge between India and U.S.-based teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery. You will also provide technical guidance on platform scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices, monitor platform health, identify risks, and lead resolution of technical issues. Staying current with eCommerce trends and recommending innovative solutions is expected.
