Product Manager - Ecommerce
As a Technical Product Owner for the Global B2B eCommerce team, you will act as the technical platform owner for an enterprise-scale eCommerce solution, working closely with U.S.-based product, engineering, and business teams. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business priorities and global platform strategies. The role involves working with enterprise architects and engineering teams to design and deliver integrations with backend systems such as ERP, CRM, OMS, and PIM. You will facilitate communication and alignment between India and U.S. teams, provide technical guidance on platform scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices. Monitoring platform health, identifying risks, and leading resolution of technical issues across cross-functional teams are key duties. Staying current with eCommerce trends and proactively recommending innovative solutions is also expected.
