This Lead Software Engineer position focuses on SAP ABAP development and innovation within SAP environments. You will lead the adaptation of legacy ABAP code to S/4HANA standards, including working with CDS views and updated syntax. Key responsibilities include overseeing customization of SAP standard features through enhancements, user exits, and BADIs, as well as facilitating the development and use of OData services for Fiori applications. You will manage data exchange between SAP and external systems using IDOCs, BAPIs, and Sproxy, optimize application performance with advanced tuning and debugging methods, and ensure compliance with SPDD, SPAU, and SPAU_ENH during SAP upgrades or migrations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for SAP retail domain solutions is also expected. Knowledge of HANA Repository and HDI is a plus.
