DATA ANALYST L4
This Data Analyst role focuses on converting raw data into actionable business intelligence through reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations that inform and improve business decisions. You will source data from warehouses, databases, and integration platforms to uncover patterns and trends relevant to client objectives.
Core duties include overseeing the technical scope of data projects at every stage, establishing record management policies, and cultivating client relationships to align deliverables with their requirements. You will provide data insights, sales data, proposals, and account reviews while continuously seeking ways to automate and streamline processes.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand data content, design and analyze surveys, and interpret complex datasets using business analytics reporting tools. Creating compelling dashboards, graphs, and visualizations for business performance monitoring and competitor benchmarking is a key expectation.
The position requires mining large datasets, extracting valid conclusions, and presenting findings to management through reporting tools. Building predictive models and sharing actionable insights with clients is also expected. You will maintain automated data workflows and evaluate tools that support data validation and quality. Key performance indicators include automation delivery, timeliness, CSAT scores, and data accuracy.
