This role focuses on developing minimum viable products (MVPs) and comprehensive AI solutions that deliver tangible business value for clients. You will lead the end-to-end development and implementation of custom AI solutions using modern AI technologies, including creating AI models and frameworks tailored to specific business problems.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating use cases for feasibility, defining product development strategies, and integrating AI solutions with larger system interfaces. You will analyze the technology environment and client requirements to architect AI-based product solutions while implementing necessary security features.
The role involves significant client engagement — participating in client interactions, gathering product development insights, driving design consultations, responding to RFPs, and assisting in product demonstrations. You will track industry and AI application trends to plan current and future AI needs and perform root cause analysis on problem areas.
As a lead, you will manage a development team by forecasting talent requirements, hiring resources, delegating work plans, conducting performance reviews, and driving engagement initiatives. You are expected to build internal talent pools, manage attrition, and ensure team members are trained on emerging skills. Delivery is measured on technology adoption, IP creation, patents filed, on-time delivery, and capability building metrics.
