DEVOPS ENGINEER L4
As a DevOps Engineer L4, you will work closely with application teams and developers to streamline integration and deployment processes through automation. Your core focus will be on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that support the full application lifecycle — from planning, coding, and building to testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
You will manage IT infrastructure to support software deployments, onboard applications onto DevOps tools, and configure them per client specifications. This includes creating user access workflows and customizing DevOps tooling based on client needs. You will collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting to connect software releases with production infrastructure and operating systems.
You will leverage automation tools for testing and deployment in a DevOps environment and provide ongoing customer support on DevOps tools. Responsibilities also include resolving support tickets within defined turnaround times, performing root cause analysis on critical or recurring issues, and following escalation processes when needed. The role demands 100% error-free onboarding and implementation along with strong customer satisfaction metrics.
