As a Delivery Operations Manager L2 within the Communication Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving BU initiatives across the entire spectrum of internal operations. You will support business operations and sales analysis by providing sales business intelligence, reporting, and analytics that offer visibility into the BU's sales pipeline. The role involves analyzing internal operations metrics and proactively presenting findings to BU leadership along with strategies for addressing outliers. You will interpret financial and operational reports to provide a consolidated view of the business trajectory for the quarter, execute cost-benefit analysis of internal programs, and help empower customer relationships through profitable business operations. Additionally, you will mentor, manage, and lead the sales operations team, negotiate within a matrixed organizational structure, and collaborate across business functions and leadership. An engineering degree or MBA with strong program management and analytical skills is required.
