Gen AI Lead
As a Generative AI Lead, you will spearhead the development of intelligent, agentic applications using cutting-edge large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. This role combines deep technical expertise with product integration to ensure seamless user experiences powered by advanced AI.
You will design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions leveraging frameworks such as AutoGen, CrewAI, and LangGraph. A strong understanding of prompt engineering, transformer architectures, vector search, and embedding models is essential. You will work extensively with Python and key libraries including LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI SDK, and Hugging Face to build and deploy models via APIs or microservices.
Beyond development, you will be responsible for determining operational feasibility through analysis and problem definition, automating software validation processes, and modifying software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, and improve performance. You will analyze requirements and recommend system installations or modifications while ensuring code quality and bug-free delivery.
You will also maintain ongoing status reporting and client engagement by capturing requirements and clarifications, taking regular feedback to ensure on-time delivery, and documenting solutions through flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and clear code comments. Immediate joiners are preferred, and experience with Agentic AI is highly desirable.
