DevOps Lead L1
As a DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for leading a DevOps team to improve coordination among operations, development, and testing functions through automation of integration and deployment processes. You will drive technical solutions to align on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) practices across applications. You will design and define the overall DevOps architecture and framework for project or module delivery based on client requirements, selecting the appropriate DevOps tools and platforms. Your responsibilities include creating tool deployment models for validation, testing, and performance monitoring, as well as defining and managing IT infrastructure aligned with supported software code. You will manage and drive the DevOps pipeline supporting the full application lifecycle — from planning, coding, and building through testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring. You will work closely with the team on coding and scripting needed to connect code elements with operating systems and production infrastructure while minimizing disruptions. Integrating security across the entire DevOps lifecycle to mitigate cyber risk and maintain data privacy is essential. You will also provide customer support on DevOps tools, troubleshoot implementation issues, perform root cause analysis of major incidents, and develop alternate solutions. Additionally, you will handle team management including resourcing, talent development, performance management, and driving employee engagement initiatives.
