SOLUTION ARCHITECT L1
This role focuses on creating exceptional architectural solution designs and providing thought leadership to enable delivery teams to achieve outstanding client engagement and satisfaction.
You will develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests, creating enterprise-wide architectures that ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and manageable. Responsibilities include responding to RFPs from clients with design assurance, analyzing technology environments and client requirements to set collaboration solution design frameworks, and providing technical leadership for design, development, and implementation of custom solutions.
The role requires defining current state solutions, identifying improvements and tradeoffs to define target state solutions, and clearly articulating architectural targets, recommendations, and reusable patterns with investment roadmaps. You will perform detailed documentation of architectural designs, validate solutions from technology, cost, and differentiation perspectives, and collaborate with sales, project, and consulting teams.
You will also enable delivery teams by building relationships with executives and stakeholders, establishing technical and business process metrics (KPIs/SLAs), managing multiple projects, identifying technical and structural risks with mitigation plans, and ensuring quality assurance of all architecture and design decisions. Recommending tools for reuse and automation to improve productivity is also expected.
