About the Role
This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of enterprise IT infrastructure supporting VMware virtualization and Oracle Linux environments. The position focuses on reducing operational toil through automation, improving system resilience, managing incidents and root cause analysis, and enforcing security and compliance standards. The engineer works closely with cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure, implement monitoring and alerting, automate patching and configuration management, and maintain high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
