DevOps Lead Engineer
As a DevOps Lead Engineer within the Customer Digital and Data division, you will design, develop, and improve software delivery pipelines and infrastructure using various engineering methodologies. You will lead efforts to build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Harness, or Jenkins, ensuring smooth and reliable software delivery.
You will have hands-on responsibility for creating and maintaining containerization environments using Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, HELM, and Operator Patterns. Experience with Cell Based Architecture and Bulkhead Patterns is essential for designing resilient and scalable systems. You will also work with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and build infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, Service Catalog, or Ansible following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
The role involves cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and ensure seamless integration with business objectives. You will participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality, and stay current with industry technology trends. Adherence to secure coding practices and effective unit testing to ensure reliability and maintainability of solutions is expected.
As a Vice President level contributor, you will help set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change. You will manage resources, mentor team members, and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.
