As a Vice President - Solutions Architect focused on Data Engineering and GenAI, you will design, develop, and implement solutions to complex business problems within the Chief Technology Office. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and architect enterprise-level generative AI applications that balance technology risks with business delivery.

You will work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Amazon Bedrock, applying techniques including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and agentic architecture. You will be responsible for developing model customization approaches and training strategies, designing and implementing model evaluation frameworks, and evaluating models using various LLM-specific metrics.

The role requires building and maintaining solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), leveraging their AI/ML services. You will monitor and optimize generative AI model performance, implement improvements, and maintain comprehensive documentation of AI architectures and processes. Ensuring knowledge transfer and training for team members is also a key responsibility.

You will use Python and GenAI libraries for development, work with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and ensure all solutions adhere to data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards. Leading complex GenAI/ML projects from inception to deployment and effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential aspects of this role.
