Product Owner
As a Product Owner at Barclays, you will drive the product lifecycle for digital offerings, defining product vision and ensuring successful delivery. You will engage with business stakeholders and other Product Owners to negotiate dependencies and represent the product to senior leadership. Your responsibilities include acting as the customer representative to the development team, elaborating user stories with technical detail, and reviewing and accepting all work completed during sprints. You will participate in story refinement and sprint planning sessions to ensure proper prioritization. The role requires you to self-initiate new product ideas and feature enhancements, seek funding opportunities from stakeholders for new initiatives, and create business cases for senior leadership. You will engage directly with end users to understand usage patterns, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will create domain roadmaps detailing feature delivery timelines, drive metrics to track delivery progress, and collaborate with tech and domain leads to explore improvement opportunities across the product.
