BX Strategy and Forecasting
As a BX Strategy and Forecasting Analyst within Barclays Finance, you will provide independent and balanced strategic advice to senior stakeholders through problem identification, solving, and decision-making practices. You will develop and implement strategic advisory initiatives to grow and optimize the bank's operations through market research and analysis. Your responsibilities include collaborating with various stakeholder groups to identify strategic directions, developing financial models to support strategic recommendations, and analyzing financial data and projections. A key part of the role involves automating existing working files using Alteryx, running automation programmes independently for the Treasury function, and streamlining processes in an effective and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for identifying industry trends, maintaining peer benchmarking, managing transactions and negotiations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain and develop client relationships.
