Process Expert
Join Barclays as a Process Expert within the HR function, where you will be responsible for delivering HR services and operational support to colleagues and senior leaders. Your primary focus will be managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling travel logistics for senior stakeholders across domestic and international locations.
You will execute HR operational activities aligned with people leader and colleague journeys, including onboarding/offboarding processes, documentation, coordination, and exit interviews. Maintaining accurate colleague data in HR information systems such as Workday is a key part of the role, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. You will also provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and processes to candidates, colleagues, and alumni.
The role requires strong organizational and prioritization skills, a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism, and proficiency with tools like MS Office, Workday, ServiceNow, and AI-powered assistants such as Co-pilot. Good Excel skills for data reporting are expected. This is a hybrid position based in Chennai with a minimum of 3 days in office. A bachelor's degree is required.
