As the Regional Head of Procurement at the Managing Director level, you will lead and scale the Procurement Capability Center in India, delivering end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) capabilities including Strategic Sourcing, Contracting, Third-Party Risk Management, Procure to Pay (P2P), Supplier Governance, Analytics, and Digital Procurement enablement. You will also serve as the functional lead for Global Procure to Pay capability, optimizing S2P cycle times, touchless processing, and payment on time.

You will own and deliver the end-to-end S2P operating model, aligning capability center priorities with global procurement strategy. Driving cost savings, value creation, compliance, and supplier performance are key accountabilities. You will oversee sourcing execution support across global categories, ensure robust RFx management, negotiation support, benchmarking, and build category intelligence with should-cost models and market insights.

The role encompasses leading contract lifecycle management capability, ensuring commercial risk mitigation and standardization of terms, and partnering with Legal to streamline contracting workflows. You will oversee third-party onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessment processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk frameworks, including continuous monitoring of suppliers across financial, operational, ESG, and cyber dimensions.

You will own the procurement systems landscape (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa), lead automation, AI enablement, and analytics initiatives, and drive data governance, dashboards, and performance reporting. Building and leading a high-performing team across sourcing, contracting, risk, and P2P with a focus on developing future-ready skills in analytics, negotiation, digital, and risk is essential. The role requires ensuring audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and a strong controls framework to mitigate operational and financial risk.
