Technology Product Owner
As a Technology Product Owner at Barclays, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure the engineering team delivers maximum business value. You will work closely with stakeholders across business and technology functions to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and drive iterative delivery of technology solutions.
You will own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
The role requires strong analytical skills to assess business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven prioritization decisions. You will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and acceptance criteria.
