UKCB Lending Case Manager
Join Barclays as a UKCB Lending Case Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in client service and operational execution within the Wholesale Lending business area. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution across business areas while following well-defined procedures and making judgement-based decisions drawing on practice and previous experience.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to optimize operations, and developing and implementing operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficiency. You will prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
You will also stay current with industry trends and developments to implement best practices in banking operations and participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires knowledge of Loan IQ and/or ACBS, working knowledge of lending and loan servicing, proven understanding of corporate and lending processes and procedures, and prior experience in loan operational support including term loans, revolvers, and delayed draw term loans.
