Senior Test Lead
As a Senior Test Lead, you will develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to define testing scope, goals, and deliverables. You will participate in both functional and technical discussions with clients and teams to understand specifications, highlight performance concerns and inconsistencies, and ensure appropriate test environments and infrastructure are maintained. The role involves identifying opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies and tools, and implementing best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. You will oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts, ensuring consistency and alignment with quality standards. Additionally, you will mentor and guide QA engineers in using testing frameworks to enhance their technical capabilities and productivity.
