Track Manager - Oracle Exadata, Oracle DB
This role involves providing expert-level operational management and technical leadership for Oracle Exadata and Oracle Database Administration within converged infrastructure environments. You will lead database administration efforts by implementing advanced operational strategies, optimizing system performance, and minimizing downtime through proactive monitoring and maintenance. You will direct and empower the support team in managing converged infrastructure, ensuring service delivery meets stringent client SLAs and operational KPIs. Responsibilities include utilizing Oracle Enterprise Manager and related tools to oversee database health, automate routine tasks, and streamline incident and change management processes. You will mentor and guide team members in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex database and infrastructure issues in Exadata environments. Additionally, you will drive process improvements by evaluating emerging Oracle technologies and integrating innovative automation solutions. The role also involves managing backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies leveraging Oracle RMAN and Data Guard, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to translate client requirements into robust operational solutions.
