Track Manager - Saviynt, Java
This role drives operational excellence for large-scale identity and access management (IAM) solutions using the Saviynt platform and Java expertise. You will lead IDaaS operations by orchestrating Saviynt platform configurations, policy management, and access governance to ensure security and compliance. Responsibilities include performing root cause analysis on escalated incidents, mentoring support teams on Saviynt integration and Java-based automation best practices, and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data and deploying Java-driven solutions. You will engage with stakeholders to translate complex client requirements into actionable Saviynt and Java solutions while ensuring alignment with SLA commitments. The role also involves championing innovation by evaluating emerging Saviynt features and Java technologies, and maintaining operational documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts.
