Microsoft Power BI Senior Technical Lead
This role involves leading technical teams in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Power BI solutions backed by SQL databases. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that address business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project needs. The position requires optimizing SQL databases and queries for efficient data retrieval and storage, as well as mentoring team members on Power BI best practices and SQL optimization techniques. You will also troubleshoot and debug Power BI solutions and SQL databases, while staying current on the latest trends to recommend innovative approaches. An MCSE certification in Data Management and Analytics is preferred but not mandatory.
