Hiring for Senior Hardware Engineer
This is a Senior Hardware Engineer role focused on analog circuit design. You will design and implement analog front-end circuits for sensor signal conditioning, develop op-amp-based amplifiers, filters, and precision reference circuits. Responsibilities include integrating ADC/DAC modules with microcontrollers and embedded platforms, performing schematic capture, and PCB layout for mixed-signal boards. You will conduct SPICE simulations and validate performance under PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature) conditions. Collaboration with firmware engineers for seamless hardware-software integration is essential. The role involves lab testing, debugging, and validation of analog hardware. Strong expertise in op-amp design, sensor signal conditioning, analog filters, and ADC/DAC selection and integration is required. Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or Zuken is expected, along with knowledge of mixed-signal design principles and noise mitigation. Experience in industrial automation, PLC systems, or working with Japanese customers is preferred.
