SME- US Mortgage Underwriter
This role involves executing the Servicing Quality Control Plan within the US mortgage domain. You will conduct quality control reviews and audits in accordance with prescribed schedules to ensure compliance with investor requirements, agency guidelines, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include analyzing mortgage servicing processes, preparing audit methods, testing scripts, and questionnaires, and producing highly defendable work products with significant attention to detail. You will monitor and evaluate servicing operations to identify gaps and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. The role requires strong research skills, familiarity with loan servicing systems and QC software such as ACES or TenA Second Look, and the ability to coordinate regularly with external client stakeholders. Candidates must be ready to work in US night shifts from the office and meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
