Sr. Developer
We are looking for a Sr. Developer with strong expertise in Java and the Spring ecosystem to work on application development within the Asset & Wealth Management domain. This is a hybrid role operating during day shifts with no travel required.
You will be responsible for developing and enhancing robust applications using Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, and Java to meet business requirements and improve system performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions aligned with company objectives. Using Spring Integration, you will streamline processes and ensure seamless communication between system components.
You will implement and maintain Spring MVC and Spring Core frameworks to ensure high-quality application architecture. Conducting thorough code reviews and testing to deliver bug-free software is a key part of this role. You will also optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and applying best practices.
Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, document technical specifications, create user guides, and support deployment and monitoring of applications in production environments. Staying current with industry trends and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes is expected.
