As a Director-level Enterprise Architect, you will define and implement the end-to-end architecture for Cognizant's AI Training Data Service (AITDS) platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and optimized for enterprise AI readiness. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical involvement from designing architecture blueprints to selecting cloud-native services and guiding implementation.
You will design the AITDS platform architecture covering data ingestion, profiling, annotation, validation, governance, and deployment workflows, while building modular, API-driven components for integration with enterprise systems. Multi-cloud expertise is essential as you will select and integrate services across AWS (S3, Glue, SageMaker, Redshift), Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Cognitive Services), and GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow), optimizing for cost, performance, and scalability.
You will work closely with engineering teams to implement solutions using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), microservices, and serverless technologies, and define CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. The role also involves architecting solutions for high-quality training data generation and validation for AI/ML models, ensuring compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards. You will evaluate new tools and partners, make build vs. buy decisions, and introduce advanced techniques like synthetic data generation and AI-driven data quality checks.
