AVP – Head of India Consulting & Strategic Deals
As the AVP and Head of India Consulting & Strategic Deals, you will lead Cognizant's India consulting practice and drive growth by managing relationships with top-tier clients and closing strategic deals. This role requires a deep technology background with strong expertise in AI consulting and multi-industry experience in the Indian market.
You will be responsible for developing and executing IT consulting strategies aligned with client objectives, overseeing the implementation of technology solutions, and providing expert guidance on consulting best practices. A key part of the role involves analyzing client needs, developing tailored IT solutions, and managing long-term client partnerships through effective communication and service delivery.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive consulting services, drive continuous improvement leveraging industry trends, and support business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams, monitor project performance, and utilize data analytics to assess the impact of consulting initiatives. Building and leading a high-performing consulting team is central to this position.
