Manager - Financial Systems (Oracle ERP)
As a Product Lead for Oracle ERP Fusion migration, you will define and execute the strategy for transforming financial systems onto Oracle Fusion ERP. The role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver ERP solutions aligned with business goals, overseeing configuration of modules such as General Ledger, Accounting Hub, Financial Close, and Enterprise Data Management, and ensuring strong governance across financial processes. You will manage the product backlog, drive Agile delivery using SAFe practices, and act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technology teams. Additionally, you will oversee change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize ROI from ERP investments while ensuring compliance with GAAP and financial regulations.
