Talent Management Lead (Resource Management / Staffing and Performance Management)
The Talent Management Lead will oversee career development, staffing, and performance management for the Data and Analytics specialist community across the IMEA region. This role acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, balancing project staffing requirements with individual skills, preferences, and long-term development goals. Responsibilities include managing the full performance review cycle, advising on talent development plans, supporting performance improvement cases, and ensuring timely and accurate project evaluations. The position also involves workforce planning, utilization tracking, and generating data-driven insights to guide staffing and talent decisions. Additionally, the role drives engagement initiatives, learning and development tracking, and talent programs while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies.
