Manager - HR Business Partner
The Manager – HR Business Partner will drive HR strategy and operational excellence while supporting business leaders with people-related initiatives. This role involves designing and implementing HR policies, managing HR systems, and ensuring effective employee relations and grievance handling. The position also plays a key role in learning and development by planning training programs, coordinating logistics, maintaining training records, and evaluating program effectiveness. The HRBP will monitor HR metrics, provide decision-support insights to management, and help foster a positive and productive work environment. The role requires hands-on experience in HR operations, L&D processes, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
