About the Role

The Performance Management Intern will provide operational and administrative support to the regional performance management team. The intern will assist in generating reports, extracting data from performance management tools, and supporting basic dashboard updates and analysis. Responsibilities also include following up with stakeholders on pending reviews, managing documentation, and supporting performance cycle execution. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR performance processes within a structured and fast-paced consulting environment.
